Privacy Policy

What we process. HearMi does not ask for your name or e-mail. We process only: a technical cookie (hearmi_uid, a random identifier stored for 5 years) used solely to remember which messages you have already listened to; your IP address, kept for a maximum of one hour to limit the number of uploads; the anonymous voice messages you choose to record.

Voice messages. Recordings are reviewed before publication and made available anonymously to other visitors. Do not include personal data (names, phone numbers, addresses) in your message. You can request the removal of a recording by contacting the data controller.

Legal basis and retention. Processing is based on legitimate interest (service operation and abuse prevention). IP addresses are deleted after one hour; recordings are kept until removed by the administrator.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification or erasure of your data by writing to the data controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Third parties. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google may process your IP address for this purpose. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
